*Individuals requesting visa invitation letters for the 2024 AIAA Design/Build/Fly Competition should contact Michael Lagana at michaell@aiaa.org. This form is not for participants of the Design/Build/Fly Competition.

VISA REQUEST OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

If you plan to attend an AIAA-organized event that is being held (outside) of the United States and your required a visa in order to travel to that country, please apply for a visa at the embassy or consulate of the country in which the event is being held.
