Includes a QR Code for Speedy Conference Check-In!

AIAA now lets you print your membership identification card online! It’s quick, easy, and convenient. Even better, your membership card now includes a QR code to improve your conference check-in experience.

Printing your new membership card is as easy as 1–2–3:

  1. Log in to aiaa.org using the email address associated with your member account and your self-created password.
  2. Select “My AIAA” at the top right of the screen, or select the “Membership and Communities” tab and scroll down to “My AIAA.”
  3. Under the “My Account Information” section, select “Member Card” and Print.

Printing your conference badge and tickets:

  1. Upon arrival at the conference, visit our conference registration area.
  2. Scan your QR code through an ExpressPass kiosk at Advanced Registration.
  3. Your conference badge and event tickets will print out in a flash!
