I predict that the research themes won’t vary much from what we saw in the Biden years and the first Trump administration. These themes — artificial intelligence, electric flight, biofuels, hypersonic weapons, extending society into space — do not depend solely on the United States, and they are governed by market forces and security needs that are beyond the control of any single administration.”  Full Story
