Fifteen AIAA Student Members Named to 20 Twenties List Written 31 December 2018

March 3, 2016 – Reston, Va. – Fifteen student members of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) have been named winners of Aviation Week Network’s awards program, “Tomorrow’s Engineering Leaders: The 20 Twenties.”

“AIAA congratulates its student members who have been named as awardees in the 20 Twenties program,” said Sandra Magnus, AIAA executive director. “Each of these outstanding students is making significant contributions to their fields of study – ranging from cryptology to autonomous systems to propulsion – as well as working to make the world a better place. Their research is shaping not only the future of aerospace, but the future of humanity, and each nominee is uniquely worthy of our praise and this award.”

The winners will be honored during Aviation Week’s 59th Annual Laureate Awards on March 3 at the National Building Museum, in Washington, D.C.
