CNET News reports that NASA is considering “a new spacecraft design proposed by a team at the University at Buffalo” (UB) to explore the far side of Venus. In a release Monday, UB said, “The design could make efficient use of high winds in the planet’s upper atmosphere while providing scientists unparalleled control of the vehicle.”
