Registration for the 2025 AIAA SciTech Forum is open. The registration rates can be viewed below. Be sure to take advantage of early-bird rates to save on your registration. The deadline to take advantage of these rates is 16 December 2024.
Professional/Full Conference Rates
Early Member: $1,049 | Member: $1,299 | Early Nonmember: $1,399 | Nonmember: $1,599
Includes access to all sessions Monday–Friday and the Expo Hall Tuesday–Thursday, single-user access to online conference proceedings, the Tuesday welcome happy hour in the Expo Hall, the Wednesday Expo Hall luncheon, and the Thursday networking luncheon.
Standard: $400
Includes access to sessions and the Expo Hall on the day selected. Note that access to the Expo Hall will only be included in your registration Tuesday–Thursday.
Student Rates

Includes access to the AIAA Associate Fellows Induction Ceremony and Dinner, taking place Wednesday, 8 January 2025, 6–10:30 p.m. ET. You do not have to register for the forum to register for this
event.
