Martiqua L. Post SFNP Technical and Partnership Advisor

As Director of the Aerospace Sciences Group (ASG), my vision is to serve as an advocate for the group’s strategic and technical direction, priorities, and issues, while aligning closely with the Institute’s mission and goals. I would support and empower our Technical Committees (TCs) in achieving their objectives, with a strong emphasis on improving communication between members and leadership, and maintaining transparency within ASG.

In this role, I would also support the implementation of more technically oriented plenary sessions at forums, as I believe this would strengthen member engagement, support growth, and contribute to the Institute’s financial sustainability. Equally important is the development of the next generation of leaders within our technical community. I would work to recruit new volunteers while also nurturing and supporting existing leaders.

In all interactions with members and stakeholders, I will encourage and uphold a professional culture grounded in ethics, dignity, diversity, respect, and inclusion.

I will do my utmost to support ASG’s collaboration with the AIAA Board, Council, and staff in achieving our shared goals.
