Pat Goulding Principal Leadership Advisor AEDC's National Full-Scale Aerodynamics Facility
Pat Goulding is an active member of the AIAA Community Development Working Group and the Ground Test Technical Committee. As a proud Autistic and LGBTQIA+ engineer, he is passionate about working to identify and address barriers to full participation for all Institute members and industry colleagues and is a strong advocate for building more accessible and welcoming collaborative organizations. He has served many roles over nearly 20 years of service with the US Air Force Arnold Engineering Development Complex’s National Full-Scale Aerodynamics Complex in California. He currently serves as the Principal Leadership Advisor and a trainer and mentor to operational staff. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Aeronautics and Minor Concentration in Speech Communications from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
