Forum 360: Modern Development in a Digital Environment
“A Digital Twin is a virtual representation of a connected physical asset and encompasses its entire product lifecycle… This in turns leads to significant decreases in the resources needed to design, produce, and keep aerospace assets operational.” (Digital Twin: Definition and Value, AIAA and AIA Position Paper, December 2020.) In this session we’ll learn how industry is applying digital twin and digital thread to air vehicle design and the benefits and challenges that come with this.

USA Bobsled/Skeleton: Aerodynamics and Olympic Gold
(Aerodynamics of Bobsled and Skeleton Olympic Sports)
Join USA Bobsled/Skeleton athletes, coaches and technical experts for a panel on the applications of aerodynamics on the sports of Bobsled and Skeleton. Panelists will discuss and take questions on topics including: aerodynamic analysis of 2-man bobsled; computational fluid dynamics; drag minimization/acceleration maximization; team/body position impact. You’ll hear real-life stories of aerodynamic influence on team results. For more information and to support the USA TEAM, please visit: : www.teamusa.org/USA-Bobsled-Skeleton-Federation.

Forum 360: Technologies and Processes for Future Air Vehicles
U.S. military aircraft perform a variety of roles – intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); fighter and bomber missions; refueling; transportation of troops and cargo; and more. As the industry advances design and technology, what does this mean for the air vehicles of the future? Hear how the military is incorporating these innovations in processes and technologies for current and future programs.
Forum 360: Diversity and Inclusion in Next-Generation Airspace
While we currently have well-established safe legacy models for airspace, that model won’t scale to all of the new operations. To achieve integrated airspace, we must overcome significant challenges, including enabling operations to share data using the cloud; partitioning the sky to have fair, efficient operations for new and old aircraft; expense; and regulations. Perhaps the largest challenges of all are community input, acceptance, and support. Join us as we examine the issues and solutions in next-generation airspace.
