USA Today reports NASA and SpaceX are set to launch a new era of spaceflight Wednesday afternoon when two American astronauts lift off on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Launch Complex 39A in Florida, marking the first manned launch from U.S. soil since the retirement of the Shuttle program nearly a decade ago. The SpaceX Demo-2 test flight, set for 4:33 p.m. ET Wednesday, will carry NASA astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley to the ISS. If all goes as planned, the Crew Dragon spacecraft will dock at the space station just before noon on Thursday.
