For more than 25 years, and through the generosity of our members and partners, the Institute has impacted countless students and educators through the support of the AIAA Foundation. Our programs have:
- Funded more than 1,600 K-12 classroom grants, impacting over 255,000 students
- Awarded more than 1,350 aerospace scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students
- Supported more than 13,000 student conferences engaging students with practical application skills
- Sponsored design competitions that have engaged more than 23,000 college students providing unique opportunities to apply engineering skills
- Inspired more than 100,000 students and 5,000 educators to continue learning about aerospace science and technology.
