David DeVon Portfolio Manager/Lead for Unmanned and Air Systems, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Prototyping and Experimentation

Dr. David DeVon is the Portfolio Manager and Lead for Unmanned and Air Systems in the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Prototyping and Experimentation. He oversees a diverse portfolio of rapid prototyping projects and related experimentation efforts, all aimed at fielding new capabilities to the warfighter in a timely manner. With over fifteen years of federal government service, Dr. DeVon has held various roles in acquisition, engineering, research, and capabilities development for the Department of Defense and other agencies.
