Obi Ndu

Dr. Ndu is the Chief Information and Digital Officer at Otto Aviation, where he leads the company’s Information Technology and Digital Enterprise, leveraging a broad technology ecosystem, including Dassault Systèmes’ solutions, cloud platforms, AI/ML tools, and advanced analytics systems, to drive innovation in aerospace.

With over 23 years of experience in digital transformation, systems engineering, and AIdriven analytics, he has held leadership roles at KPMG, Boston Consulting Group (BCG X), and the District of Columbia’s Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP). Prior to these roles, he spent a decade at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU APL), focusing on Spacecraft System Safety, Reliability, and Systems Engineering. Dr. Ndu began his career as an aerospace engineer at the FAA and Missile Defense Agency (MDA). He holds a Ph.D. in Reliability Engineering, an M.S. in Systems Engineering, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering.
