Watch the second episode in the documentary series, “Red Tail Angels – The Story & Legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen.” This series showcases the hardships, struggles and ultimately the successes of the Tuskegee Airmen, the first Black men given the opportunity to serve as military aviators in the U.S. Army Air Corps that became the U.S. Air Force.
The film will be hosted by Joi C. Spraggins, PhD, founder of Legacy Bridges, a NASA-Related Career and Technical STEM Education, Workplace and Workforce Development Innovation Center. Dr. Spraggins also is an AIAA Member.

This fun, dynamic event offers students and young professionals the opportunity to meet AIAA corporate members and government agencies and discuss employment opportunities. In part 1 on Sunday, participating companies/organizations will present a brief organizational overview and opportunities available, then have follow-on discussions with the attendees. Organizations will host a table and attendees will switch every 10 minutes. Part 2 on Wednesday is an opportunity for students and attendees to meet with any of the employers that they didn’t have a chance to talk with on Sunday evening, and for any employers that could not participate in Sunday’s session to meet with prospective employees. Join us for a night of fun and compete for prizes with other students and young professionals. We’ll also livestream the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch. Light snacks and desserts will be provided.
