Every AIAA Member is home to a professional section, but what is a section and how do I participate in one? Stop by this networking and info session to find out more about AIAA Regions & Sections from members of the Regional Engagement Activities Division. Connect with section officers, learn about activities in your region, and how to participate. This is a casual networking event. Students and professionals are encouraged to attend.

Flow Visualization Showcase

The Annual Flow Visualization Showcase provides an opportunity to display computational and/or experimental fluid-dynamics visualizations that support a technical concept and enhance the understanding of the flow. Come to see this year’s submissions and hear from the creators of the visualizations. Awards for the Most Artistic Flow Visualization, Most Pedagogical Flow Visualization (the visualization that best facilitates new understanding of the flow phenomena), and Most Comprehensive Flow Visualization will be presented at the end of the showcase.

Meet the Employers & Cocktail Reception

A can’t-miss opportunity where students and young professionals can interact with AIAA Corporate Members and find out what employment opportunities are available, all in a fun and dynamic environment. Participate in round table discussions from 1500–1700 hrs in the Cherry Blossom Ballroom, followed by a cocktail reception from 1700–1800 hrs in the Cherry Blossom Lobby. Space is limited to 400 participants.

Rising Leaders in Aerospace: How to be an (Aero)preneur Discussion Panel and Breakout Discussion

This a discussion panel and breakout discussion session with entrepreneurs in the aerospace industry where we discuss the challenges of entrepreneurship and how to build a successful business, from idea to execution. Attendees will have the chance to join a breakout discussion with panelists in the last part of the program. Please ensure you have the most up-to-date version of ZOOM video teleconferencing software in order to fully participate in this session.
