USC has three major efforts to provide students hands on training before graduation in the Department of Astronautical Engineering. The hands on activities to augment the academic curriculum specifically in space systems before graduation, while challenging from resources and laboratory facilities, provides benefits to students and industry upon transition. USC will present one successful group, the Rocket Propulsion Laboratory that has been in existence for 15 years.

BREACHED! is an interactive and dynamic exercise where participants role-play executive-level positions in response to a cyberattack. The exercise scenario encourages participants to work together and choose next steps to best respond to the evolving information. BREACHED! participants will learn about enterprise-wide incident response at the executive level through a safe and controlled environment, to prepare and understand the key actions required during a cyberattack.

Join us for a four-legged meet-and-greet! Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with puppies from Pet Rescue By Judy. Animal-assisted interventions (AAI) can have a significant, positive impact on human health and well-being, so clear some time to recharge with puppy therapy.
At the same time, the HUB will be showing the Apollo 11 documentary featuring never-before-seen footage and audio recordings that take you into the heart of NASA’s historic mission. Popcorn will be provided.
