U.S. Air Force Seeks Rapid Prototype for Supersonic Counter-Air Missile

Defense Daily reports, “As the Pentagon posits future confrontations involving advanced adversary aircraft and drone swarms, the U.S. Air Force wants rapid prototyping to develop and field 1,000 to 3,500 supersonic ground-launched counter air (GLCA) missiles with a unit cost of $500,00 or lower. Initially, the Counter Air Missile Program (CAMP) is to develop Enterprise Test Vehicles (ETVs) for the ground-launched counter air missiles.”

NAVAIR Seeks Industry Input on CV-22 Osprey JTT-NG Integration

Military Aerospace reports, “The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is conducting market research to identify companies capable of integrating the Joint Tactical Terminal – Next Generation (JTT-NG) system onto the CV-22 Osprey aircraft, according to a sources sought notice issued on behalf of the V-22 Joint Program Office under the Program Executive Office for Air Anti-Submarine Warfare, Assault & Special Mission Programs.”

Space Systems Command Seeks Industry Input on GEO Refueling Services

Aviation Week reports, “The U.S. Space Systems Command is looking for companies that could provide refueling services in geostationary orbit to spacecraft configured for such operations. The goal is to find vendors that, by 2030, could provide the service through standard interfaces that the service has previously approved, Space Systems Command said in a Feb. 13 request for information. Among the information the government is seeking is cost and schedule estimates to get to a first flight.”
