Competition Schedule

Proposal Submission Window Open: 15 October 2025, 8am ET
Proposal Submission Window Closed: 31 October 2025, 5pm ET
Team Notifications Sent: 21 November 2025 (no later than)
Final Report Submission Window Open: 1 February 2026, 8am ET
Final Report Submission Window Closed: 20 February 2026, 5pm ET
Design/Build/Fly Competition Flyoff: 16–19 April 2026 at the Textron Aviation Employee’s Flying Club in Wichita, KS

Contest Fly-off

The 30th Design/Build/Fly flyoff will take place 16-19 April 2026 at the Textron Aviation Employees’ Flying Club in Wichita, KS. A document will be released closer to the competition with logistical information about the fly-off and its associated activities.
