2024 Regional Leadership Conference
AIAA’s Annual Regional Leadership Conference is back in person! The purpose of the Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) is to provide best practices, share across the sections, and inform officers about the latest updates from the Institute.
The in-person session will offer roundtable discussions, present the 2024 section award winners, and AIAA Immediate Past President Laura McGill will give a talk on “Leading with Influence.” This is your chance to learn best practices from other sections and exchange ideas. Please note that registration for the 2024 AIAA AVIATION Forum or 2024 ASCEND is not required in order to attend the 2024 AIAA Regional Leadership Conference.

4th International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) Conference on Space Situational Awareness (ICSSA)
The 4th IAA Conference on Space Situational Awareness will take place at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, FL, 8–10 May 2024.
The foremost purpose of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) is to provide decision-making processes with a quantifiable and timely body of evidence (predictive/imminent/forensic) of behavior(s) attributable to specific space domain threats and hazards. The conference will cover broad-ranging technical and policy related aspects associated with the topic of SSA.
Region VII – Australia/International Student Conference
This year’s Region VII Student Paper Conference will be held on 4-5 December 2019 at the Gold Coast, Queensland (Australia) in conjunction with the 2019 Asia-Pacific International Symposium on Aerospace Technology (APISAT). This event is sure to provide you with ample opportunity to network with your peers and present your work in front of industry professionals. As a reminder, students planning to participate in the Region VII Student Paper Conference must make their own housing arrangements. APISAT has contracted with the host hotel for a block of hotel rooms at a reduced rate, or you may make your accommodations at a nearby hotel or Air BnB.

2024 Pacific Northwest AIAA Technical Symposium

2022 SmallSat Education Conference

The Inaugural SmallSat Education Conference serves as an important East Coast gathering where educators, administrators, and students will learn about CubeSats, ThinSats, and High Altitude Balloon programs. Our target audiences are faculty and students from middle school through college. Presenters will include existing university teams and industry experts. Attendance is free for students and educators, and $50 for other adults. Exhibitors and vendors are encouraged to showcase their products and services. To learn how to start your own program, join us on 29-30 October at the Center for Space Education Building, Kennedy Space Center Visitors Center.
CEAS EuroGNC 2024
The CEAS Conference on Guidance, Navigation and Control or “EuroGNC” an applied conference with strong aeronautics and space orientation. Non-aerospace applications with similar challenges and modeling approaches are welcome (e.g. automotive, robotics, wind energy, underwater vehicles). Theoretical works that are applicable to the aeronautics and space problems within the scope of EuroGNC are also welcome. Please see the full scope of the conference on the topics page.

The 2024 conference will be hosted from June 11th to 13th, 2024 at the University of Bristol in Bristol, United Kingdom and with the support of the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS).
