Forum 360: Future Airspace Operations 1 July 2022 19:00 - 1 July 2022 20:30
The density and diversity of airspace operations is likely to change significantly with developments related to drones, eVTOLs, sTOLs, advanced air mobility, supersonics, and commercial space transportation. NASA, the FAA, and industry are keen on ensuring that future airspace operations will continue to scale to accommodate the diversity and density in the same manner. The panel will discuss the lessons learned from current air traffic operations and unmanned aircraft system traffic management and identify various capabilities that need to be developed to prepare for the future in a safe manner.
