Abby Maltese is a senior engineering student at James Madison University. She participated in the High Orbits Go For Launch! Dulles program in 2018. Abby was a member on the winning team that sent their experiment to the ISS on the NG-10 flight on November 17th, 2018. Their experiment was focused on the evaluation of self-healing materials in microgravity. Abby is a member on the JMU NASA Student Launch team and currently works at Northrop Grumman as a Mechanical Analysis Engineering Intern. She aspires to continue her education at graduate school next year for aerospace engineering.
