Cedric Mann joined The Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2020 as a Senior Consulting Engineer Systems Architect supporting Payload and Ground Space Systems for Designing and Developing Systems Architectures for Space Applications. He has over 15+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD), working with Acquisition Programs.  He has expertise in GEOINT, SIGINT, and MASINT with a strong background in Remote Sensing Technology and Major System Acquisitions (MSAs). 

Previously, Cedric was a Principal Director at the Aerospace Corporation before joining Northrop Grumman. He led a team of Engineers who worked on Space Acquisitions, Threat Assessments, and Government Policy Analysis. While at The Aerospace Corporation, he was also the Radar Department Director responsible for developing radar algorithms and conducting Space Systems analysis.  He has experience in Systems Engineering, Requirements, CONOPS Development, Independence Costs Estimation, System Architectures, and Engineering Research Demonstrations.
