Holly Rollins Principal Senior Director Booz Allen Hamilton

Holly Rollins, a Principal Senior Director at Booz Allen Hamilton leading Booz Allen’s Aerospace Cyber business, has more than 26 years of professional experience in cyber, business case analysis, analysis of alternatives, capital planning, Exhibit 300s, risk assessment, information assurance, infrastructure financing investment strategies, and IT business strategy.  She holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Finance, as well as Graduate Certificates in International Business and Innovation.

In her 25 years at Booz Allen, Holly has championed cyber business development and capability generation across the Aerospace business sector.  She co-authored NIST Special Publication 800-65 Integrating IT Security into Capital Planning and Investment Control.  She has engaged with the Community Philanthropy and Partnership, Workforce Leadership Council as an advisor, Professional Development Team advisor and Women’s Forum advisor. Holly was the 2016 Society of Women Engineers Prism award winner and is presently on the leadership advisory team of the Society of Women Engineers within the firm.  

Holly lives in beautiful Monument, Colorado with her husband, and two children, Matthew 16 and Christy 14.
